Returning to Bournemouth

Aarons has been retained by his parent club Bournemouth following his loan spell at Rangers, the team announced.

Analysis: Aarons recorded one goal along with averages of 0.8 tackles and 0.7 clearances per game over 21 matches played (eight starts) during the 2025/26 Scottish Premiership season. He has featured as a right-back, but he's expected to face plenty of competition for that spot in his parent team, with Adam Smith and Alex Jimenez both involved last year, and Julian Araujo also returning from loan.
